HCG Medical Weight Loss

 

You have made the decision to lose weight and to be in control of this part of your life.  The diet is has 3 different phases:  Loading, Losing, and Maintaining.  All of these steps are equally important in order to lose the weight and keep it off.

HCG Drops

Homeopathic HCG drops are taken under the tongue (aka sublingual).  Taking these drops under the tongue is a very effective way of  getting the nutrients into the blood stream.   The sublingual region has a rich blood supply and a high degree of permeability.   This allows for maximum absorption of the nutrients or supplements.

You MUST take 5-7 drops, 3 times per day.  Start taking the drops on Day 1 and continue throughout the HCG Diet.  DO NOT SKIP OR MISS TAKING THE DROPS!!!  YOU WILL GET VERY HUNGRY!!!
 
To use the drops you will place 5-7 drops under your tongue and hold without swallowing for at least 1 minute but not to exceed 2 minutes.  After holding in mouth then, swallow the drops.  Avoid eating or drinking for 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after putting the drops in your mouth.

We recommend taking the drops 3 times per day, every 7 hours this time schedule will usually work for most people, even those who work midnights or swing shifts.

What to expect

·       During days 1 and 2 some may gain 3-6 pounds.

·       During days 3-5 most people lose 2-3 pounds per day.

·       After the fifth day the daily loss of weight usually decreases.  It may stabilize at ½ to 2 pound per day range.  Some individuals will plateau for several days, then they resume weight loss with 1-2 pounds per day for 1-2 days after the plateau. This is more likely to occur in women, as men are more likely to have consistent weight loss.  In either sex, there may occasionally be no drop in weight for two or three days and then a sudden loss, which re-establishes the normal average.  These fluctuations are entirely due to variations in the retention and elimination of water, which are more marked in women.

        On this diet you only eat 2 times per day, skipping breakfast.  You are only allowed 500 calories per day.  A daily multi-vitamin and additional appetite suppressant are given with th  is program to make sure your not hungry and that you have the nutrients that your body needs.   This is the most aggressive diet.

On this diet you eat 3 times per day.  You are only allowed 800 calories per day.  A daily multi-vitamin and additional appetite suppressant are given with this program to make sure your not hungry and that you have the nutrients that your body needs.  This is a less aggressive diet meant for those who have a more difficulty with diets.
